Needed an oil change and after horrible experience at not so “Friendly” Ford I decided on Valvoline in Schaumburg. Great service and love when something needs to be fixed they do it in front of you so you see the actual product. Oil change and air filter changed for under 90.00.

Sat in the car for minimum of 10 minutes waiting. When approached I assume the manager I asked a simple question. Approximately how much for a full synthetic oil change. I drive a 2021 Mazda CX-5 very common car. He stated he will need to plug my information into the computer. Then I ask him about the $15 coupon that’s available online. I told him that I provide my email and never received the email coupon. He said keep trying (really keep trying like how)? I said can’t you at least give me a ballpark. He said without the vehicle information no. I told him I’m good and I was leaving. He told me you don’t have to be rude, I was never rude. A worker should never tell a customer you’re being rude. That’s very rude. I slowly pull out and told the manager I was never rude , never swore or raised my voice. The proper response your manger should have told me was the oil change will be approximately this price and I will honor the $15 dollar coupon sir. I proceeded to my usual oil change location Master Lube. No headaches no upselling .

Outstanding service! THAT sums up my experience today at this shop. From the first moment of interaction with the team member to the last goodbye, nothing but professionalism, quality, efficiency and courteous ness was what I felt. These guys are Great I will definitely be going back there for All my oil and fluid changes. Best part is I'm partially handicapped and stayed in the comfort of my vehicle the whole time.
